Can I exchange my RaveRunner® and/or EL Wire for a different color?
- We happily accept product exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned new and unused with their original packaging/tags. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact hello@livegenz.com if you wish to exchange your product and our team will be happy to assist you!
Do you accept returns?
- Yes! We will accept returns for new and unused items with their original packaging/tags. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Return requests submitted after 30 days will be approved on a case-by-case basis for store-credit reimbursement only. Used items will not be accepted for a return. *Due to the nature of the item, custom skins cannot be returned or exchanged.
